Sounds like fun, count me in (as long as the boss doesn't find me something to do on the first Sunday of every month).

I'm in if I am not moving that weekend.

Good ideas and some interesting races, how do we police the first race and know that we have spent $125 000 on a car?

I swear the Zonda only cost me $100k! The rest went on rims and fluffy dice...promise!!!

Got a kids party to tolerate, I mean attend. If I'm back I'm in.

Well it's just a fun run I think just trusting everyone to do the right thing should be fine for race 1.
There may be one possible way to police it, but I will need to test before knowing if it works or not, but as I said I really don't think it will be necessary.

I have updated original thread.

One thing I did not mention is the cars you buy should be normal cars not race modded or special tuned cars. Sorry for ommission

Do you care about D/L, are AWD's allowed? Might get a chance to have a look at this tonight, my arvo has slowed, so I should get home before bed-time. I definitely need a hire driver. No new seasonals I hear....might need to do some grinding after all:
Here's one way of doing it?!?!?

It's a fun run so I don't want as few limitations as possible so you want AWD go for it. The idea of the budget was do you go for a more expensive car but then have less to money to upgrade with or cheaper car and more to upgrade with be interesting to see what people come up with

I am expecting quite a bit of disparity in the first race.

Second race should be close as they are all the same car Lexus with the race mod upgrade from GT Auto, so only the tuning of final drive, suspension and skill will seperate the field.

Go-Karts may be close depending how many spin outs people have.

That was fun yesterday. How funny are the karts over the ripple strips. For those who weren't there yesterday, may I suggest you all join in the next one. These events will run on the first Sunday of every month and if they get popular maybe even more frequent. Thanks to the organizer Arckon.

Yeah good job Arkon, wonder if the karts would get airbourne on cape ring. There is a cape ring mini isn't there? I would like to suggest diahatsu midget as a possible car in the next series, or the VW swiminthewagonthatisfullofwaterfornoapparentreason seeing as we have all bought one. Those and the fully worked vette ZR1.

All suggestions welcome for the next Sunday Funrun scheduled for March 6th, will give a couple of weeks notice so everyone has time to get there cars organised.

Will finish every Sunday Funrun off with some Kart-Mania. Hmm will have to check if there is a change weather option for suzuka east or similar small track......karts in the wet anyone???
