All suggestions welcome for the next Sunday Funrun scheduled for March 6th, will give a couple of weeks notice so everyone has time to get there cars organised.

Will finish every Sunday Funrun off with some Kart-Mania. Hmm will have to check if there is a change weather option for suzuka east or similar small track......karts in the wet anyone???

Paul, don't forget the "at night" on the end of your sentence...lol

I did that with Stu and Rinkly one night, without driving line... Now there's a challenge.

Started to update details for the 6th March Sunday Funrun back on original 1st post.

Budget upgrade conditions for race 1 announced so you can start working on whatever beast your going to unleash in the 1st race.

What track would everyone like to see used for Race 2 the Corvette ZR1 (C6) RM?

Race 1: Budget Race .
TRACK: Eiger Norwand Short Track
LENGTH: 12 Laps

Purchase a car from Used Car lot only, no price limit, no special tuned, up to a max of 250bhp.
You can then spend up to $65 000 in upgrades max, Sport Soft Tyre max.
From GT Auto you can do an Oil Change and a Wash of the car outside your $65 000 upgrade allowance.

Race 2: Corvette ZR1 (C6) Race Modded
TRACK:
LENGTH:

Race modded from GT Auto, adjust the set up as you like but no extra's purchased.

Race 3: Kart-Mania
Was going to use Annon's suggestion of Cape Ring, but will leave this for next month.
Tested them on the below track and I reckon this will be a hoot

TRACK: Cote De Azur
LENGTH: 6 laps

Kart racing mayhem to finish off for a laugh again.

Well hello stranger! Trust me Stu the kart race is sweet as. Draft, then draft, then more drafting, followed by jumping off ripple strips. Sweet fun kiddo. I beat Stumbles (or as Fiddler calls him, Stubles- not sure about pronounciation) home by 0.045 sec in the last one.

Ok, just did up a budget car.
Had to do a few races in A spec to change the cars, was only crap available for a bit...lol

Car.. $17,952
Parts.. $64,500

I did the oil change, bloody thing lost Hp??? Went from 246 at purchase to 241 after the oil change.

I had a run around Cote D' Azur in the Kart... Wicked fun. Good choice Arkon.

Had a look at a few cars last night, don't know if it will be competitive, but I know what car I want. Don't forget, if you load up a licence test and just skip to the next, then the next etc...each time you skip, it will bring up 6 new cars in the UCD. It's slow, but quicker than doing races.

Stu, have you run some laps yet?? Got any times??

Did some laps last night with lord Stu and have found a few that'll do well. Won't give away lap times...yet.

Arkon, I have the RM vette, but I've used it a bit and also added to it cause it's well over 800bhp. The idea is to buy the car do the RM thing and that's it I assume. Or can you be swayed, cause it's awesome at 800+ bhp!!!!

BTW, the karts on Cote are great, esp trying to jump the wall. Must get a replay of that for the video collection!!

Spoke to rinkly last night and he asked the same question about the Vette and being over the limit, he informed me he has bought a new one with no added upgrades. We all seem to be pretty rich in GT5 so lets all just buy a new one if you have an upgraded one. If your budget is tight let me know and I will see what I can do. Remember I have the power to see all of your bank balances. Shocked

Have to adjust some settings on the cars I bought for the budget race. Was struggling to keep up with Anon last night. Maybe it was the beer, was doing better in practice earlier yesterday.
