Thanks.
I just watched the LeMans race. NOS_Neishy was indeed the first car to pit (end of lap 6), followed by Stumbles, Chev, Stu, Bonus, Anon and Aza all at the end of lap 7.
Holden Boy was next at the end of lap 8 followed closely by Darko, who was the last person to pit. Koastr, Rinkly and Arckon did the entire race without a pit-stop.

Re: Season 3: OZGT500
Will try and find time to get the results up over the next few days. Work is flat out atm, and my weekends are chocka with renovations, parties, and general nagging. If someone has had the foresight to take a screen shot of the results from the last 2 races, that would be a great help.

Can't find excel doc. Must be on work laptop....which is still at work. Sorry folks, ladder will be updated Monday morning for sure. I have a feeling Koaster is coming somewhere in the top 3, and I am somewhere in the bottom 3....after that I'm lost.
BTW who was on pole for those races?

I joined Anon in a practice the other night and he had it set to Fuji "F".
I didn't even realise the original calendar didn't detail it more.

Re: Season 3: OZGT500
Fun race tonight fella's. Heaps of instense battles.
Grats to Stu on pole. Great times.
I was set to be up on your time but got slowed down mid lap at the end of the session and didn't have time to run another. Never mind, the second spot is a good place to start on this track.
Grats to Chevwah with a great win (by 0.08s!) Stu rounded out the podium and Holden boy also had a great race mixing it at the pointy end.
Geez it was a battle and a half early on. I got a 'wide cut' penalty final turn early on which dropped me back a few places. I clawed my way back and found myself out front with enough gap to break slip stream and tyres in pretty good nick about lap 10.... then I threw it away. Day dreaming into T1 I mixed up my brake markers and missed the corner completely. Lost a good 2 - 3 seconds, then to add insult to injury I got slugged another 'wide cut' penalty as I re-entered the track which saw me drop back to 6th.
From there it was bloody hard work to catch Stu and Chev again as they battled away and slip streamed off each other. Fortunately for me there was an incident and I was able to close 2.5s in one sector to give me a second chance. Final lap, Chev absolutely ROOOAAARS passed down the home straight and holds a tidy lap together under pressure from me and Stu to secure the win.

Re: Season 3: OZGT500
Yeah, that was one of the more intense races i've had in recent weeks. The lead changed so many times and Koastr, Stu, Holden, and myself fought each other for pretty much the whole 17 laps. No one could get far enough ahead to break slipstream and when they did they either had an off or had an accidental drift session, allowing the pack to catch back up.
The racing was pretty clean except for Stu who seemed to think he could use me as extra braking power into nearly every turn he was behind me. I doubt I still had the arse end of my car by the end lol. To be fair though, the NSX seems to be a bit more unstable under brakes, so dropping the anchors early was a must into alot of the heavy breaking zones. But you would think after hitting me 10 or 12 times and knocking me wide into some of the corners he would learn lol, maybe something to work on Stu.
Finally someone was able to beat Koastr! I really doubt he practiced much if at all, but the fact that i only did about 10 laps practice an hour before the race makes the victory even sweeter!
Thanks to all the racers for a very enjoyable race.

Re: Season 3: OZGT500
Sorry about delay in getting Mystery prizes out.
Have sent out the Tsukuba Mystery prizes to Nos_bonus_888.
For Le Mon's I will send Mystery prize (Ticket) to Darko tommorrow, Monday just before logging in for race and sent a friend request to Nos_Neishy..... so I can send out his Chrome winning mystery prize.

Re: Season 3: OZGT500
Fuji Mystery Prizes were.
Ticket: Random Draw. Dice roll came up 7. So who ever finished in 7th place will win.
Chrome: First person to overshoot Corner 1.
Again if someone can send me the replay or confirm the above winners I will get the mystery prizes out much more speedily this time.

Thanks Arckon, you're a champ.
Did you get a chance to try out that car I sent you??? Dunno how you guys drive the NSX's, I found it was always try to swap ends on me in the braking zone.
I'm off to the city now, JB Hi Fi have some DF GT wheels in stock and I'm going to grab one while the missus is in a good mood...lol.

I'm sorry to say I haven't. Been so busy last week and half, jumped on today and had just enough time to send mystery prizes and build the Mini and Camaro for the next seasons events.
Should definately be able to jump on tommorrow night about an hour before racing to put it through its paces.
Haven't even had time to do the last 2 (may even be 3 now) seasonal events.
