Good first up run last night lads. Couple of glitches & lag issues, but good to see some good no.'s. Well done to the podium's, I'll get results up tonight & announce the special prize winners for the round. Don't forget to post up if you're doing some practice, & I might start a tunes thread for the talented tuners to share tips.

Anon (organiser of event) and other participants, apologies, I completely forgot about this after the flight back home yesterday. Will definately be a starter for the remainder of the series.

Cheers Darko. I've got the Raybrig but I'm pretty sure the NSX's are all much the same. I helped Jontank out with his Takata Dome tune and he was pleased with it.
I've changed my tune slightly from track to track but am very happy with the latest tweaks (done for laguna and suzuka). I can send you a PM with the settings or just get on a lounge with you some night this week and talk you through what you want..

Yeah Stu, you may not have been around, but when I first started racing on ozfm there would always be a post-race muck around. As things got more serious, that tradition was quickly forgotten. Might put you in charge of resurrecting the post-race races (except after enduro's, that will need post-race tequila shots!).

What the criteria for the weekly prizes?

Obviously it's beyond finishing position, pole position, and fastest lap because they're all known without watching the replay..

I see the first post states 'prizes same as Season2' but I searched the forum for 'season 2' and nothing came up.... confused

If you knew how to win the special prizes koaster, then they wouldn't be special anymore. Arckon will reveal the criteria each week when he announces the winners. Each round has different criteria, bit a ticket 1000 & chrome paint will be given away each week. Good luck!!

Chev, I just watched the replay and where you said you had that lag-spike (or whatever it was), wasn't apparent on my screen. From my replay, you ran a touch wide just before the second part of that corner and your back wheels went onto the grass causing a spin.

A good chance there was network problems, nothing seems all that great since the PSN came back online. Even small things like mic's dropping out (happened to me lots in the muck around after the race). I could hear everyone fine, but my mic not picking anything up.

Ticket : The driver in 4th place at the end of lap 5 was..........Chevwah.
Chrome: Fastest lap on Lap 3...............................................Koaster.

Yeah i watched the replay as well Stumbles, and what you see in the replay is nothing like what i saw while driving lol. It may not have even been a lag spike but maybe an error with the ps3, who knows? The incident where i was hit from behind was lag for sure though.

And what do you know whoo' woot I got one - sweet I've only ever got 2 other chrome paint tickets! Thanks.

My mic was dropping out the other day. I could hear everyone else but they couldn't hear me. I would strongly recommend disabling voice chat in your lounge setup [GT life - my lounge settings] when you are expecting a large grid. It helps the race run alot smoother in my experience. You can always setup another lounge for post race voice chat.

Darko, I'll PM NSX settings in the weekend if not before. Cheers
